Celeste was not only a pleasure to work with, but she was so responsive, organized, and beyond helpful.She truly made our wedding a dream come true.
The bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful, the wedding decor was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and the whole day went so smoothly. By using Celeste, we were so much less stressed with the destination wedding planning process. It was also awesome that she was able to easily communicate with the resort when needed. I would highly recommend Wedding in Riviera Maya over and over again.

Hands Down Best Decision for my Wedding.Now, where do I even start this review for Celeste and her team.I interviewed multiple wedding planners at the beginning of this process and decided to go with Celeste based on her experience, her responsiveness, and the great relationships she has with her vendors.
I had two phone interviews with Celeste and she was the ONLY wedding planner who was willing to take the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of venue (on resort vs private venue) and help me decide on what would work best for my wedding and the number of guests we had. She did not try to push me in any direction for her own personal gain like other wedding planners tried to do. I could also tell from her social media presence that she had great relationships with her vendors and EVERYONE was recommending her left and right to other brides.
We did TWO visits to Cancun, and each time I came down either with my fiance or my parents, she took the time to plan out an itinerary for the day and prioritize must see items and decisions that needed to be made. By the end of each visit both my fiance and parents were SO impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the industry, and flexibility with our every wish and whim. She would take every request with a smile and ensure us that she would take care of everything for us. I was always in constant contact via email and whatsapp with her throughout the year leading up to our wedding and she always responded to me even when I knew her schedule was packed that day!Come to our wedding week, and Celeste was still able to make any last minute requests possible. She had all the pictures from my vision board and she made EVERY dream a reality. I just showed up to the wedding and everything from the florals, decor, DJ, lighting, furniture, transportation, catering, bartending and everything else was delivered flawlessly and my wedding day could not have been more perfect. I can’t recommend Celeste and her team enough. She deserves ten times more credit than she gives herself. Her brides are her top priority and she will make sure you feel that way from the moment you sign on with her and even after the big day is over. Please Please Please do not hesitate to reach out to Celeste if you’re looking for a wedding coordinator. When I reached out to one of her former brides they said “Everything Celeste touched turned into gold and I wish I would have let her handle every aspect of the wedding.” So thats exactly what I did… and I’m so thankful I did!!

Celeste was the fourth wedding planner I spoke to before I chose her! I am an easy person but when it comes to develop the best day I ever wanted to be great, I became a little bit too picky.
That is why I didn’t choose the first option, I wanted to met different planners so I could take the right decision, I wanted a true partner, kind of an associate, a person I could trust, someone who could give me smart options, not just the most expensive and easy ones, but the smart ones, so I could have the wedding day we wished, with the best vendors options she offered for each piece of the cake, from the lights, to the flowers, the photographer, the video maker, decorations, to the venue, the team, etc etc , I mean, really every single point.
She made me felt safe with her in charge. I live in Italy And even if the distance wasn’t on our side, everything went through just as I expected.

Celeste and her team are the best of the best. I had a wedding coordinator through our resort, but a friend highly recommended that we hire Celeste as well. I am BEYOND thankful that I did. The service that she provides is top notch. She has a very calming presence, is extremely organized, and was always on top of things. I did not have to worry about a single thing… even when it started raining right after our ceremony. Celeste and her team are a must for your dream wedding in Mexico!

I found Celeste through a Cancun Brides facebook group and immediately fell in love. The most difficult thing about planning a destination wedding is the slow communication with resort wedding coordinators. Celeste reached out to me within 24 hours of me contacting her and wanted a PHONE CALL! I was so relieved. I was SO over going and back and forth via e-mail with my resort coordinator.
Celeste ask lots of questions to get an understanding of what I needed and my wedding vision. She then gave me her phone number and was always available via text to discuss all things wedding. She was familiar with my resort and would answer questions in minutes when it was previously taking weeks and even months to get answers. Fast forward to my wedding day where every single details was perfect and amazing and exactly as I had imagined it. Celeste allowed me to do what I had always envisioned at a cheaper cost that the resort was offering and she took ALL the stress and craziness out of planning. I can truly say I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her and she is now a lifelong friend. She was a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! Keep sharing your heart with others Celeste because you are incredible!

Celeste was completely invaluable to our destination wedding in Cancun in May 2017. I found out about her through a facebook group and met with her during a vacation in the area. She was extremely friendly and definitely knew her stuff regarding weddings in Cancun. She helped me choose a site and worked with vendors to make sure it would line up with our vision. From the moment we met, she was always available via phone and email to address comments, questions, and concerns. If I had to do everything all over again, I would definitely hire Celeste and her team. They made our wedding amazing!

My husband Erik and I had an amazing experience working with Celeste. I felt so overwhelmed and wasn’t getting much of a response from the wedding coordinator the resort provided, so I decided to hire an outside wedding coordinator.
I had heard fabulous things about Celeste from other brides that had used her services in the past, so I decided to call and book her, and that was hands down the best decision I made. As soon as I spoke with Celeste it felt like so much weight was lifted off of my shoulders. She was so willing to go out of her way to make our day very special and we still keep in touch. David and I were seriously fortunate to have found Celest at the beginning of planning our wedding in Mexico. Celest truly is the best!! She made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing. I am so blessed to have had her as a wedding planner and pulling off our special day. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments on our wedding and it was all because Celest put everything together perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner, she knows what she is doing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner, and if I had to rate her from 1 to 10…it would be a 20! Whenever we needed something or had a question, she always was responsive and quick. She was always professional and answered my text no matter the time of day. If I woke up at 3:00 am with a sudden thought, she had an answer back to me by 6:00am. I don’t know when she gets any sleep. Celest went above and beyond the call of duty many, many times. She understood our vision and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Celest also added special touches to our event, that I would never have thought of but because of her expertise she managed to pull off perfectly. She was able to work with our budget and keep us on track spending wisely.
When I hired Celest I was looking for a planner but by the end of this whole process I have now gained a friend for life. Thank you so much Celest!! Again, I would highly recommend her to any engaged couple!

I can’t say enough good things about Celeste!! When I found Celeste I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed due to lack of communication with the resort (even though they had an on site wedding coordinator, the response time was very long and lacking information). Celeste took away all of my stress. I chose her because of her very quick response time and friendly demeanor.
You can tell she really loves what she does and is excited to be involved in your day. We texted pretty much every day and I am going to miss talking to her :(. She actually went to the resort multiple times and took pictures to send to me of the venues. She also worked with the coordinator there and I think he was very relieved to have her help as well.
Her fee is extremely reasonable and the amount of money she saved me with her vendors was amazing! I had received estimates from the hotels vendors for decorations and photographers and Celeste’s vendors were WAY more reasonable and did a great job!
Her help on the wedding day was amazing as well. Having her there to make sure that everything was set up the way that I wanted and to make sure everything went smoothly was just what I needed. Just a small example of how much she went out of her way for us is the hotel wanted to charge $144/dress for my bridesmaids to have their dresses steamed. Celeste went out and got a portable steamer for us to borrow. It was little things like this throughout the whole process where she went above and beyond for me that made it such a great experience.
Honestly, if there is one thing I would suggest to brides having a destination wedding in Cancun it would be to hire Celeste immediately!! She is the best and I will miss her!!

Celeste literally planned a wedding in less then 24 hours when the hotel dropped the ball. She provided me with fast responses and made me feel at ease. There were no hidden costs and when the day came everything went perfectly. I highly recommend these ladies and wish that I could work along side them for all my life experiences. Ill miss not emailing or texting them on a daily basis. Your not just another wedding with these ladies, your wedding matters to them as much as it does to you. My husband and I interviewed (via phone) several wedding planners before making our decision on who to hire for our special day. Celeste won us over by her prompt responses, attention to detail, and the creative & stylish ideas to the table. Not to mention she is super sweet, has a sense of humor & extremely patient!
We had no idea where to start with the wedding process and Celeste took charge and developed a start to finish wedding plan. Her guidance helped reduce the stress with all the decisions and she helped with options, negotiations & selections.. We did all our wedding planning via email and facetime meetings.
Celeste helped develop a plan from start to finish including:
1.Selection of all vendors: With Celeste and team being local, and very reputable wedding planners, they were able to present several different vendors which we could select from.
2. Budgeting: Weekly/monthly budget updates, and handled all contracts with vendors
3.Excursions/group activities: help plan a catamran cruise with entire group week of wedding (one highlight of the trip!)
4. Rehearsal dinner: Presented rehearsal dinner options, menu selection, and reservations.
5. Day of coordination: onsite day of, coordinating vendors and execution day of
6. A memory that will not be topped.
I cannot tell you how many hours Celeste & team put into creating our dream day, and we are forever grateful for them! They went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly.

Celeste was the best thing that ever happened to me, after a very bad previews wedding planning experience (I had to terminate my contract with my previous planner, for bad service and lies).
Celeste litteraly took me in, I was short in budget but she saw I was desperate, so she helped me! What a great turn around was planning my wedding!! the final outcome was of course beautiful, my wedding was everything I dreamed Celeste went the extra mile, she helped with things that weren’t even her responsability and was very flexible and supportive 🙂 we even became great friends and still talk to each other after the wedding! totally recommend her!

Celeste helped us plan our destination wedding at the Nizuc Resort in Cancun. She was incredibly responsive and helpful in finding vendors and coordinating our plans. We chose the venue and then Celeste helped us with all our key vendors (photography, video, lights/sound/DJ/, flowers, etc.)
She helped us communicate with the staff at our venue as well and was involved in planning pretty much everything except for our invitations and attire as we did all that in the US. She has excellent taste and although we knew the general style of decor we wanted she added her own ideas and flair and helped us achieve the look we wanted. She even went as far as to create beautiful place cards for us with seashells for our rehearsal dinner( even though this wasn’t something we had expected her to do). She is extremely friendly and well connected and we really enjoyed having her help us plan our wedding and having her there on the day of. We would 100% recommend her and really believe she was essential in making our dream wedding happen. Through the 10 month process of wedding planning with us she became a friend and we have kept in touch since the wedding.

I would not hesitate to book Celeste! Our wedding was absolute perfection and we could not have done it without her incredible support. Organising a wedding in Mexico from Australia was proving difficult. There was a lack of communication and MASSIVE time delays getting information from vendors. Once we found Celeste the process was EASY! All questions were answered very quickly without delay! The service provided once we arrived in Mexico exceeded expectations!
I am SO glad we decided on a private venue – rather than at a resort! It was very special and we didn’t need to compromise on anything! The wedding had everything we wanted and we were not required to plan our wedding from a “hotel menu”.
I would recommend anyone planning a wedding in Mexico to utilise Celeste’s services! I wish we could do it all again!
